Celebrate Life, Celebrate Art –
the 20th annual auction to benefit Persad Center

  • LAST ART DROP OFF DATE: Sunday, March 30, 2008, from 11:00 am - 3:00 pm. Please deliver art and complete this form no later than March 30.


  • DROP OFF LOCATION: the former M. Berger Real Estate office - 30 S. 6th St.; Pittsburgh, PA 15203 (in the Southside, next to Used Appliance Warehouse)

  • DEADLINE: Deliver artwork & and complete this form no later than Sunday, March 30.


  • IMPORTANT!: In order to ensure proper acknowledgement in the auction program, this form must be fully completed and sent on or before the art drop-off date.


  • FRAMING: All two-dimensional, non-canvas artwork must be framed and/or ready to be installed.


  • IMAGE of ARTWORK: Please provide a digital image of your art donation for promotional purposes. Images may be put onto disc and delivered with artwork, or emailed to Jeffrey A. Kash, Special Events Director.
