Kim brings 35 years of experience in mental health, having worked across various levels of care. She earned her BS in Psychology from Penn State and her MSW from Temple University. With expertise in a wide range of mental health interventions, she also holds advanced credentials as a Family Therapist. Kim joined Persad in 2016 as a clinician and was appointed Clinical Director in 2018. In her role, she leads the psychiatry and clinical team to ensure that the highest standard of care is consistently provided to clients.
