Their clinical and educational work is rooted in anti-
oppressive, liberation-focused frameworks that honor creativity as a vehicle for healing, resistance, identity exploration, and collective care.

As an artist and presenter, Jen’s work explores courage, queer and trans identity, neuroqueerness, embodiment, systemic oppression, and the lived experiences of marginalized communities. Their exhibitions and performance-based projects, including The Courage Project, center storytelling, vulnerability, activism, and arts-based autoethnography. Jennifer has presented nationally on topics including trans-affirming care, neuroqueering, expressive therapies, dissociation, and the
intersections of identity and mental health.

Jen’s work is deeply informed by community engagement and advocacy, including organizing exhibitions featuring LGBTQ+ youth experiencing homelessness and collaborative arts programming with underserved populations both locally and internationally. Through therapy, teaching, writing, and artmaking, they seek to create spaces where authenticity, empowerment, and collective liberation can emerge.
