Since 2010, Ted has been a key member of Persad’s team as an educator and trainer, delivering workshops and trainings to organizations, businesses, and corporations across Pennsylvania. He has worked closely with the Pennsylvania Bureau of Family Health on critical issues such as LGBTQ+ youth suicide prevention, adolescent sexual health, and creating safe work and educational environments throughout the Commonwealth. Additionally, he partners with local law enforcement and the FBI’s Civil Rights Division to address discrimination, hate crimes, and human trafficking. Outside of his training work, Ted loves movies and has built an impressive film collection.
