Seph Sundash, M.S.C.P

Therapist

Seph is a queer/nonbinary therapist who has been with Persad since August 2023. They earned their bachelor’s degree from Carlow University and are currently in their final semester of their master’s program at Chatham University. Seph specializes in issues related to anxiety, depression, gender identity exploration, grief, and more. They use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Gottman Relationship Therapy, and Narrative Therapy to address these concerns in sessions.

 

Seph’s career goals include becoming a certified Gottman couples’ therapist and a certified sex therapist. Having lived in Pittsburgh since 2017, Seph enjoys spending weekends with their partner and their cat, Squash!
