Millsap is a people leader with 15 years of experience leading Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, HR and Operations strategies for corporations. He’s implemented DEI & HR programs for Best Buy, Apple, and most recently, DICK’S Sporting Goods. Millsap also worked in Organization Development & Change Management during his time in Workforce Strategy for Best Buy.

Millsap holds a Bachelor’s degree from Kansas State University, is a certified DEI Practitioner, and has taught many certification courses to others along their DEI journey. He was recently named the 2022 recipient of K-State’s Distinguished Young Alumni Award for his work in the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion space since graduating 10 years ago.
